1. General information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not available at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We cannot guarantee the availability of all timbers, at all times. We are reliant on our suppliers.

Please be aware that ordering a plaque to personalise your urns will add to your delivery time. The plaques are manufactured offsite and require time to allow for ordering, manufacturing, and delivery back to us.  We will update you throughout the process on the progress of your order and confirm, via email, when your product is completed and dispatched. This email will also include the details of how to track your delivery.

2. Delivery location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Australia. International shipments are currently not available.

3. Delivery time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days. Please note additional time is needed if your order is personalised (See point 1). Business days means Monday to Friday, except when holidays fall on these days. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery instructions

You may provide specific delivery instructions in the space provided upon checkout.

5. Shipping costs

We offer free delivery Australia Wide.

The only time you will incur shipping/delivery charges is if you are returning an item to us. All returns and exchanges are at your own expense. Please see our Return Policy for further information.

6. Damaged items in transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately. Damage to your items is the responsibility of the Delivery/Courier Service. We can help you contact them to recoup your losses.
